Anyway, where was I? First and foremost, I am a Christian. I have to be, because second I am a wife and mother to three littles. Twin boys and a little firecracker girl. They keep my hands full so God helps me out a lot. I try to serve Him in everything I do as well.
I LOVE food and I LOVE to run. Turns out, I don’t think I can live without either. I started running in early 2010 when my hubby was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Man, we had a lot of fun before that. With the diagnosis he had to get his act together and turns out so did I.
I learned about the Primal lifestyle and the Paleo diet pretty quickly after his diagnosis. I know it can be a little controversial but here’s the deal. The food is good. I am in the best shape of my life. No arguing that. I’ll tell you a lot more later about how far the two of us have come.
Now, I am having way more fun than I did back then. Besides the running I am also into Crossfit and always learning more and more about eating Paleo food to fuel my endeavors.
Am I a perfect Paleo girl? I wish. Do I recognize the benefit and the way it makes me feel when I behave? Absolutely.
My life is crazy and sometimes pretty entertaining. I would love to share it with you and offer some encouragement along the way.
